Got their Big Combo with the 4 chicken tenders...I am ashamed to spend my money at any other chain. By far the best and biggest chicken tenders I have had and the coleslaw slaps. The gentleman that took our order was incredibly nice as well. First time at Mrs Winners and y'all have won we over with one visit.
Had not had Mrs Winners from this location or any other location in over 12 years mainly because I felt the service and the quality of food had significantly declined. I was skeptical about visiting this location again because we had a few bad experiences with the quality of food in the past, not to mention the customer service was awful during our past visits at this location. Also, we read the reviews regarding this location and they were reflective of the same downgraded quality and service we had received during our past visits. Nevertheless, we decided to give it a try. We placed a drive thru order. The time of day was around 10:00 am. Amazingly, the drive thru attendant was friendly. His voice was clear and he was courteous and he repeated our order for conciseness. We ordered 2 steak biscuits with 2 fries and 2 cinnamon swirls. Our food was served hot and it was fresh. The steak wasn't dry or overcooked. The biscuit wasn't hard. The cinnamon swirls weren't hard and stale. Everything was great.
I read the reviews before we went to this location since we don't have one anywhere near us and I was skeptical. Everything thing about this location was outstanding. The food was delicious and fresh and the people working were extremely polite and helpful. We had chicken meals and the country fried steak with sides and it tasted just like I remembered. I was so happy. My kids had never eaten at a Mrs. Winner's but have heard me talk about it for years so now they know how good it is. I would definitely visit this location again. A must stop if you love chicken, country fried steak, biscuits, and cinnamon swirls.... and don't forget their delicious sweet tea. The only thing that would have been better was if the lobby had been open for us to dine in but we were fine enjoying it in our car.
